Personalized CSR Print Campaign

SlipStream Creative Solutions recently completed this new trade journal ad campaign for BWAY Corporation, a manufacturer of rigid metal and plastic containers.

The series of five ads (three shown) emphasizes the company’s commitment to personalized service by providing CSRs that are dedicated to specific accounts. A single ad was discussed early in the project. SlipStream suggested that featuring one CSR per ad versus a group ad, would more effectively reinforce the “dedicated” position. Using a template for the layout and changing out the photos and names was a cost effective approach to getting 5 separate ads on a minimum budget.

Seasonal Newspaper Insert for the Holidays

This is one of a series of seasonal FSIs scheduled for the year.  The ads rotate depending on the holiday or period, feature a variety of products and run in multiple markets.  Each includes an appetite appeal photo of a favorite recipe featuring BGQM products and a series of coupons for selected products.

Staying in Touch With Customers

Project: Trade Journal Campaign

BWAY customers are assigned to specific Customer Service Representatives and can rely on dedicated attention to an order from start to finish. CSRs work directly with manufacturing, lithography, quality control and shipping to assure continuity and maximize effective communications. The ad series emphasizes the fact that the CSRs are involved at multiple levels of the process and in touch with customer expectations.

A Holiday Trade Ad Tradition

This is the latest of several seasonal trade journal ads we developed for the BWAY Corporation, a manufacturer of aerosol cans. The cans are specified for a variety of product applications that include household and industrial products including paint and related products, personal care products, lubricants, and insecticides. The ad features a simple, tasteful seasonal message that incorporates strong product imagery and corporate identity.
